- Eligibility

Persons who are military (active duty and retired), their family members, Department of Defense employees, contractors, federal employees, Reservists and National Guard personnel who are eligible to utilize Outdoor Recreation services.
- Reservations

Reservations are required for equipment, which includes a one day rental deposit. A refund will be issued if you call 24 hours in advance to cancel reservation. If you fail to call and cancel your reservation your deposit will not be refunded.
- Rental Info

Equipment can be rented on a daily, weekend and weekly basis. If you desire to keep equipment longer, prior arrangements must be made. All rental equipment must be returned by 8 a.m. Monday – Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday.

- Damaged Equipment

The individual signing for the equipment is fully responsible for any damages incurred while it is in your possession. You are fully responsible for all costs associated with the repairs or replacement due to damages or loss of equipment. You must sign for the equipment; therefore make sure you and the clerk on duty inspect all equipment prior to leaving the yard.
- Conditions of Equipment Cleaning

Equipment is rented in a serviceable, clean condition. Please return equipment in the same manner. If equipment is dirty you will be charged a cleaning fee equal to a daily rental.
- State Law requires anyone 16 years of age and older must possess a license.
