The Pine Bluff Arsenal Fitness Center is equipped with state of the art wellness equipment.
The Fitness Center is available to persons who are Military (active duty and retired), their Family members, Department of Defense employees, badged Arsenal contractors, Federal employees, Reservists and National Guard personnel who are eligible to utilize FMWR services.

Equipment includes:
- Technogym treadmills
- Nautilus equipment
- weight assisted resistance training machines
- free weight room
- basketball court
- coed infrared sauna
Educational Programs include Instructional programs such as Aerobics, weight training and Abs training which are offered throughout the year.
- Fees and Guests
-
There is a $2 fee for a MWR card to utilize the facilities.
The card is valid for 12 months. Each eligible family member must have their own card.
Members may bring a guest. The guest must be with the member at all times. There is a $5 fee for each guest.
